Refund and Returns Policy
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
For a return to be valid, the item must be unused, unworn, have tags attached, and be in its original packaging. When contacting us, please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Defective Products: You will receive a prepaid return label with free return shipping.

Customer Remorse: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Fees

Defective Products: Contact us for a repair or replacement. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will send a replacement.

Customer Remorse: Return the item within 30 days for a refund of the product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the item for a refund, then place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the transaction.
If it has been more than 5 days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact support@cleandropfilters.com.
Order Cancellation Policy
If we cancel your order due to product unavailability or other reasons, you will receive a full refund.
